Mr. Felix Achibiri is an alumnus of Harvard Business School USA and the University of Port-Harcourt. An astute entrepreneur and businessman with board experience spanning leading companies in several sectors of the Nigerian and African economy. His extensive corporate experience comes with proven achievements in oil and gas, engineering and construction, telecommunications, financial services, agribusiness, mobile money operations, digital biometrics, inclusive real estate,3 and business background in national, international, and multicultural environments. Mr. Achibiri is the visionary and executive chairman/founder of DFC Holdings Limited; a venture capital company and also the Chairman of DFC Capital Limited, a private equity/investment advisory company.

He co-founded and sits on the board of several companies amongst them: DTH Africa, a Technology Accelerator, Start-up Incubator, and technology-focused venture capital company with a strategic initiative to accelerate the pace of technology development in Africa, Tulupay Ecosystem: Tulupay is a combination of an Enterprise-Grade and a Super App distributed Ledger Technology(DLT)/Blockchain-WEB3 and centralized Ledger Technology(CLT)-WEB2 platform that is designed to provide end-to-end borderless infrastructure for secure Payments, Remittances, Trade, Investments, and capital raising in the African Market. Genesis Energy Holdings Limited is a full-service energy solution company providing power generation, transmission, and distribution services in African States with the motto “Lighting Up Africa…One Community at a Time”; GEL Utility Limited; Fortis Mobile Money Limited; African Green Projects Limited (Afrigreen); Blackaion Capital as Advisory Board Member; MSMES Ecosystem Limited and many others. He is widely traveled and has attended several international professional courses, exhibitions, and workshops. He has also garnered several awards in different Nigerian and African economic fields, including the Century International Quality ERA award, Gold Category, by Business Initiative Directions (BID) (2015) in Geneva, Switzerland. He was the former Chairman of Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc.
